Registration tells students no. It never tells them why.
Keystone runs inside a university's own registration system. When a course is blocked, it names what's blocking it and shows the way forward, instead of stopping at the error.
A student who hits a wall they can't read loses time they don't have, misses a registration window, or pushes graduation back a term. The system knows the reason every time. It just doesn't show it. Keystone answers the question the error message can't: what do I do about this now?
The design problem I took on was reasoning: how the system shows what's blocking a course, sorts every failure into fix it now, wait for a date, or take it to a person, and keeps a request visible once it goes to an advisor. It came out of reading registration errors across five universities.
